Ms. Hydee understand the needs of her clients. She doesn't just care about making a profit, she values the client's satisfaction and happiness more than anything. She would assist you from start to after sales. As 1st time homebuyers here in US we have so many questions, so many big words to digest; adulting stuffs...but Ms.Hydee made sure we understand everything we read, what we do and what we transact. She refers us to the right resources; provides infographics if needed...She follows up people who promised us about things that our house is supposed to have. She answers when you call or txt. She doesn't leave you hanging. She will make sure that your homebuying experience is one for the book and one to be remembered as a great accomplishment. And that's what we like about her. Purchasing a house as new immigrants is a scary but exciting decision. It was one of our faith goals but we never thought that it is possible to own a house here in the US in less than a year. In our own perspective of the timeline it would take us at least 2 years. We asked God for wisdom, favor and people that will help us achieve our faith goals. When our apartment contract was about to end, our goal at that time was to move into at least a 2 bedroom rental house with a backyard where our growing toddler can have his own play area and a space where I can build my own small vegetable garden. In search for that new place, i would randomly browse the internet to look for any rental property nearby. My social media feeds were full of rental properties, pre owned houses and newly constructed houses for sale. We were about to close a deal in a rental property nearby when suddenly Ms. Hydee reached out to me and sent a private message. Every week I received emails from her of new listing of newly constructed houses for sale. To be honest, at first we were skeptic about it and even in doubt of her intention. I talked to my husband about it and reminded him about our prayers. We agreed to meet Ms. Hydee. But our first meet up was canceled because our son got sick. A week after we forgot about it and moved on to our original plan which was to be renters. But there was no peace in my husband's heart, so we decided to meet her. When she explained to us the benefits, advantages and our chances of being a homeowner we immediately grab Ms. Hydee's offer. From then on she guided us in our journey in purchasing our 1st home here in the US. She patiently answers our questions and up until now, 4 months after acquiring the property she's still always ready to help us with our concerns and truthfully advocates for homeowners.
